The Browlift is a treatment for the eyebrows. With the Browlift, the eyebrow hair structure is gently chemically changed by a 2-phase system. This method is known by the conventional cold permanent wave. The cystine bonds in the hair keratin, which are responsible for the mechanical strength, are broken by reduction with thioglycolic acid (contained in lotion #1). The eyebrow hair thus becomes stretchable and malleable in the first step and in the second step the eyebrow hair is fixed into the desired shape with the help of oxidizing agents, in our case hydrogen peroxide (contained in lotion #2). Basically, it is a reshaping of the eyebrows. With the Browlift, the effect lasts 4-6 weeks, depending on texture. The Browlift Starter Kit contains all the products to perform a Browlift Treatment.
